Adult Acrylic Class: Exploring Perspective & Paint Techniques
In this class, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of perspective—learning how to use one-point and two-point perspective to create depth and dimension in your work. You'll discover how objects appear larger in the foreground and smaller as they recede, applying these principles to everything from cityscapes and buildings to still life compositions.
While we explore structure and space, we'll keep our brushwork expressive and painterly—celebrating the texture and movement that acrylic paint offers. Value, light, and shadow will be key areas of focus as we build believable forms and dynamic compositions. Whether you're painting a street scene or a bowl of fruit, you’ll see how perspective plays a role in everything we create.
* We unfortunately cannot offer make up classes for a missed class
*taxes not included
You will provide your own supplies. This allows you to practice and work on your projects at home with the right tools and materials.
