In this unique workshop, instructor Petra Bockus will guide you through creating your very own textured bird using a combination of watercolour and collage techniques.
We'll start with beautiful pre-painted watercolour swashes, exploring how to transform loose washes of colour into something unexpected. Using templates, you'll cut, layer, and assemble your pieces to build a colourful bird full of personality, texture, and dimension.
Discover how to take a simple two-dimensional shape and bring it to life through layering, overlapping, and thoughtful placement of colour and texture. The result? A beautiful, one-of-a-kind bird collage that you can proudly take home!
No experience necessary — just come ready to experiment, create, and have fun!
